Refund policy
We want you to be completely happy with your MVHAIREXTENSIONS order. If something isn't right, please review our Returns Policy below.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging, with all tags and seals intact. There must be no signs of wear, styling, cutting, colouring, bleaching, or alteration.
It must be sent via a tracked and signed shipping service. Customers will be responsible for all retun shipping and handling costs. A valid tracking number must be provided as proof of postage.
Once your return has been received and inspected, an approved refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange your order for a different length, colour, or style, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and additional shipping charges may apply for the replacement item.

- Your order number
- The reason for the return or exchange
- Clear photographs of the item (if applicable)
